ENTRIES ~ Internet entries can be made at www.ashwoodequestrian.com upto midday on the day of the event. £2 medical contribution required (Enhanced Responder on-site)
TIMES ~ No times will be given. This is a turn up and go when you are ready event. Declare at the collecting ring.
COURSE WALK ~ The course will be available for walking from 2pm – 9pm on Saturday 28th August 2021. The gates will be closed & there will be no access before this time. No dogs will be allowed on the course at any time. The course may be walked on the day of the event with due care and attention to any horses on course.
NOTICES ~ No bibs or numbers are required. Hard hats upto the current British Standard must be worn at all times when mounted. No fixed peaks allowed. Body protectors, BETA Level 3 (purple label) 2000 or 2009 label are compulsory. Assistance on course is allowed. Horses can go round in a pair if wanted. No dogs will be allowed on the cross country course, they must stay in the lorry park or preferably remain at home. Please clean up after you dogs AND TAKE YOUR POO BAGS HOME. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry and to remove anyone from the course at any time without giving a reason.The event may be cancelled without notice due to adverse weather. In the event of adverse weather it is recommended that you check the website www.ashwoodequestrian.com for any announcements. In the unlikely event of abandonment, entries may be carried over to a future event or refunded minus £5 admin fee.
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS ~ Withdrawals by 7pm 10th July for credit or refund less £5. No refunds or credit for whatever reason after this date.
SUBSTITUTIONS ~ Changing both horse & rider in the same entry qualifies as a whole new entry & must be paid in full.
CATERING ~ Hot and cold food will be available throughout the event.
HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected with this event. The organiser does not insure the rider, your horse or your tack and equipment. You are strongly advised to have in place your own adequate personal accident insurance at all times.
