Sign up now and create your very own members account to enjoy all the perks that come with your membership that will help to take your riding to the next level. Booking online has never been easier, simply log in and select your preferred facility. No coupon codes or membership numbers necessary as entry fees and hire charges are automatically discounted on the website.
You’ll have access to our exclusive members-only Facebook group which offers priority access to booking dates and entries, so you can make the most of our fantastic facilities. And if you ever need to change, upgrade, or downgrade your membership, you have the flexibility to do so at any time.
Remember, membership is for the named rider only, and facility hire and entries are to be used exclusively by that rider. Friends of the member may join facility bookings at an additional charge. To ensure everyone has a fair chance to use our facilities, members can advance book a maximum of two hire slots and we ask members to keep to a maximum of two horses per member and share facilities where necessary.
We have a small £20 sign-up fee, which will be charged only on the first month of your membership. Membership will then be charged automatically on a monthly basis unless you decide to cancel. We will attempt to charge your account three times before cancelling your membership. Please note that, in case of a lapse in membership, any advance bookings must be paid in full before use. If you re-join after cancelling or your membership lapses, the £20 sign-up fee will apply.
Just remember to notify us if you need to cancel a booking so we can offer unused slots to others to ensure that everyone can use our facilities. Failure to show up may result in the cancellation of your membership, without notice or refund.
Medical fees are not included in the entry fees discount. Arena lights are chargeable and operated by a coin meter.
